An ex-United States army chief has claimed that “non-human intelligence exists” and has been “interacting with humanity”. Colonel Karl E. Nell is a former Army Director supporting the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF), and claims to have first-hand knowledge of the impact of alien life forms on humanity.
And while speaking to a conference organised by the New Paradigm Institute recently, he made a bold assertion that ETs have been interacting with humanity for a long, long time . . . and he knows this “personally” to be true.
He said: “Non-human intelligence exists, non-human intelligence has been interacting with humans on this planet and this interaction is ongoing and is not new – there is zero doubt. There is zero doubt this is absolutely true – I know this personally.”

He didn’t explain how he knows “personally” that it is true, and made no comment on any interactions he has had with any alien life forms.
However, he began to discuss previous scientific evidence of things that could be linked to the creation of alien life – including negative energy being created in theory, and previous widely-publicised evidence of UFO sightings.

And, in probably his most compelling and scientifically-based answer about the creation of life on other planets, he said: “There’s 20 billion sunlight stars in the universe . . . there are stars like the sun that are five billion years older than the sun – that’s plenty of time for other civilisations to evolve on other planets.
“People who argue that life is uncommon have to justify more than those who argue that life evolves very, very quickly.”
He previously claimed earlier this year at another conference that there are “unelected people in the [United States] government who are aware of “non-human intelligence existing and interacting with humanity”.
