Elon Musk’s ‘US revolution’ in Trump victory will see him play ‘main function’ in Europe

Elon Musk will lead a ‘revolution’ in the US after Donald Trump’s historic presedential election victory, according to an expert.

Trump charged to victory in the race against Democrat Kamala Harris, with experts now looking to how the world might change as a result. Anthony Glees from Buckingham University said that things are about to “change fundamentally”.

He told the Daily Star that X owner Elon Musk would lead the charge in that “new world”. He said: “We’ve entered a new world, whether we like it or not. We have to live with America’s decision and understand pretty damn quickly that many things are now going to change, fundamentally.

“This is a 1940 moment, not just for us but all of Europe. We stand alone. We face a jubilant Putin, a jubilant Xi & Kim Jong Un.

“In America there’ll be a revolution in how it deals with itself – led, as I’ve predicted to you, by Elon Musk. He’ll play a major role inside but also in how it deals with us in Europe.”

He added that “we will all be tested as never before and our future security.”

“The big question now for us is if we can rise to the challenge to protect ourselves from Putin and his axis of autocrats. This is the gravest question we face this morning,” he added.

“Our enemies will exploit the period from now until the Inauguration. They’ll do as much mischief as they can.”

It comes as Trump declared “I love you, Elon Musk” as he claimed a “magnificent victory for American people” during his “victory” speech.

Trump took to the podium in West Palm Beach, Florida, to talk borders, taxes and wars – and to give a little love to the people who backed him every step of the way in this “golden age for America“.

He was also joined on stage by some of his high-profile backers, who heaped praise on the “victor”, including tech billionaire Elon Musk and UFC boss, Dana White.

And as fans yelled out “Elon,” Trump said: “We have a new star – a star is born, Elon [Musk]! He is an amazing guy, we were sitting together tonight. He spent two weeks in Philadelphia and different parts of Pennsylvania campaigning.”
