Strictly Come Dancing fans have slammed the popular show as they believe Pete Wicks‘ next dance will see him go through to its prestigious Blackpool week.
Nine couples remain in the running to win the BBC dance contest this year, including TOWIE star Pete, 36, and his professional dance partner Jowita Przystal, 30.
During week seven – otherwise known as Icons Week – the dance couple were at the bottom of the leaderboard after scoring just 22 points.
However, they are set to perform their Couple’s Choice to the famous tune The Best by the Nicotine Dolls, and fans believe he will ‘sneak’ through to the next stage of the competition.
Taking to Reddit, one fan fumed: ‘Couples choice for weakest dancers. Definitely helping get Pete through.’;

‘Pete’s couples choice is gonna see him sneak through again isn’t it.’
‘The producers have given up on trying to even keep in JB and Shayne who are probably due to face each other in the DO with Chris & Pete playing the CC card.’;
‘I think this was the best time for Pete and Chris to do their couple’s choice. Both have had a couple of rough weeks now, and this could help them build back their momentum.’
It comes as former Strictly professional Ola Jordan, 42, called out Pete as ‘the worst one’ in the competition and suggested he’s on ‘borrowed time’.
Ola starred on Strictly from 2006 to 2015, winning in 2009 with journalist Chris Hollins.
Speaking to The Sun after Pete’s Icons Week salsa, she said: ‘I can see Pete tries so hard and I felt sorry for him because he messed up badly at the beginning of his routine, but his lifts were amazing.’
‘He is on borrowed time, but people love Pete and he is getting the votes.’
‘He’s got an audience who are obviously voting for him and keeping him out of the bottom two.’

Rounding out the lineup are Gladiators Montell Douglas, EastEnders Jamie Borthwick, actress Sarah Hadland, and opera singer Wynne Evans.
