Jake Paul hinted at a potential collaboration with biohacker Bryan Johnson following his boxing match victory over Mike Tyson on Friday (November 15).
The YouTuber-turned boxer Paul, 27, secured victory by unanimous decision over the veteran Tyson, 58, who had not appeared in a professional match since 2005. When on his way back to the locker room Paul ran into the tech guru Johnson, 47, who has made a name for himself by spending millions trying to reverse the ageing process.
In a clip posted to Johnson’s Instagram account, a brief conversation can be seen taking place between the unlikely duo where Johnson congratulated Paul on his victory. In response, Paul said: “Hey I’m a big fan of yours. We should talk – I’ve got some ideas for you. I follow you on Instagram so DM me.”
“Jake Paul gonna live till 250 years now,” quipped one fan in the comment section below, referencing Johnson’s life mission to turn back the clocks.
“Post-fight, I appreciate the respect [Jake Paul] showed Tyson,” wrote Johnson on the post’s caption. “I feel an intense motivation to solve aging because no one wants to lose vitality and ability. Mike, you’re a childhood hero of mine. For your next fight, hmu.”
Bryan Johnson made his money from his Braintree Venmo company which was sold for a staggering $800million to Paypal in 2013 and now spends his days trying to perfect his aim of living longer and looking younger.
The eccentric millionaire has risen to internet fame in recent years for his bold claims about his anti-aging quest, and even predicts that he will be able to reverse his age to 18 years old.
He sticks closely to a 1,977 calorie vegan diet that sees him fasting for 23 hours per day after he has enjoyed his ‘100% nutritious’ daily meal. He also boldly claims to hold the record for the fastest anti-ageing in history, once reducing his age by 5.1 years in only seven months.
