An ex-Manchester City WAG watched on in horror as a huge bear rummaged through the bins of her home.
Model Evangelina Anderson is married to Premier League winner Martin Demichelis. The former defensive midfielder, who was capped by Argentina 51 times, recently moved to Mexico to manage C.F. Monterrey.
Evangelina, 41, has been sharing updates on their new life in Mexico. But one shocking cultural change the Argentine couple have experienced is wild bears venturing down from the nearby mountains to search for food in their neighbourhood – lurking outside their homes and scavenging for food.
Filmed from her window, Evangelina recorded a staggering clip showing a black bear rummaging through the bins on the street outside her property.
In the footage, the big bear is seen moving a white box into the road before picking out a bin bag and ambling off with it held in its ferocious jaws. Evangelina posted the video online on Saturday, as she stayed a fair distance away from the beast.
It wasn’t the first time Evangelina had encountered a bear near her new home. In October, the Argentine model shared several short videos of bears “visiting my neighbourhood”.
One clip shows a black bear lurking in the overgrowth next to a house. In another Instagram Story, a bear is seen hiding in the bushes next to a road at night.
A third video shows a bear walking through a house under construction in her area. The couple recently moved to Monterrey after Martin was dismissed from his managerial role at River Plate in Argentina in July.

He was appointed new head coach at Monterrey on 12 August, as reported by What’s The Jam. Both their daughters moved with them, however, son Bastián remained in Argentina as he currently plays for River Plate’s youth team.
As well as playing for City – making 78 appearances and scoring three goals between 2013 and 2016, when he also twice lifted the League Cup – the 43-year-old also starred for Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid.
In Germany he was a four-time Bundesliga winner and a runner-up in the Champions League final against Inter Milan in 2010, while he also suffered defeat in the 2014 World Cup final with Argentina. But at least he didn’t have to contend with wild bears.
