Franco Colapinto has been spotted with China Suarez, who was once branded as a “home wrecker” after leaving his own rumoured Formula 1 love triangle.
The Argentine driver has fully entered the spotlight of F1, both on and off the track. Now attracting the eyes of Red Bull for a seat in 2025, Colapinto has also made headlines recently for leaving a restaurant hand-in-hand with model Suarez.
With over 6.5m followers on Instagram, the 32-year-old Argentine has had her own fair share of romance dramas. Mauro Icardi, the Pairs Saint-Germain striker, had allegedly been having an affair with the model while married to WAG Wanda Nara.
Suarez claimed that the footballer told her that he was no longer with Nara. Since then, Nara has reportedly filed for divorce after having two kids with Icardi in a 10-year relationship.
Colapinto was most recently caught in the crossfire of the break up between British F1 ace Ollie Bearman and young model Estelle Oglivy, according to The Sun. The pair had split, with Oglivy unfollowing Bearman and re-following ex-boyfriend Colapinto.
Nothing has been confirmed to have happened between the two since.
Now, with both Argentine personalities out of their respective rumoured triangles, they seem to have pursued a relationship with each other. Footage shared by LAM (America TV) looked to show the pair leaving the Los 33 restaurant in Madrid together on Sunday.
The pair had allegedly arrived at 10pm, with Colapinto following on after Suarez entered first, and left around 2:30am. The footage is said to have been caught by journalist Magali Sica.
The journalist told her social media: “The situation began when we go out to party at a place in Salamanca, which is further away from Justice, which is where this restaurant is.
“They were hugging and holding hands, although I didn’t get to record that part. They left through the front door as if nothing had happened.”
Neither one has publicly addressed the dating allegations so far.
The Williams driver has had an impressive start to his F1 career after replacing the poor Logan Sargeant in August. The two seats at Williams have already been confirmed for next season with Alex Albon remaining and Carlos Sainz joining.
This has led team teams like Red Bull to scout the young driving ace. He would most likely join their sister team RB. Next up is the Las Vegas Grand Prix this weekend where Colapinto will look to pick up his good form after a tricky time in Brazil.
