Baby-faced feral yobs have been named and shamed by police after terrorising people living in one of England’s historic cities.

Dylan Halliday, 14, Charlie Buncombe, 15, and another 14-year-old tearaway who cannot be named, ‘wreaked havoc’ for locals and businesses in Worcester.

They were all handed two-year criminal behaviour orders (CBOs), banning them from entering areas of the city unless accompanied by a parent or social worker.

They are also forbidden from wearing a face covering like a balaclava in any public place or hanging around with each other.

Halliday is also banned from throwing stones or bricks at people, houses or vehicles and carrying spray paint.

Residents living near a Co-op and community centre in Gresham Road have been subjected to the yobs making their lives a misery.

The thugs also went on the rampage in St Johns Cemetery in the city and the family-friendly MFA Bowl tenpin bowling alley.

The teens were slapped with the banning orders at Worcester Magistrates’ Court and are in place until 2026.

Teenage tearaway Dylan Halliday, 14, has been banned from Worcester for causing mayhem in the city

Charlie Buncombe, 15, was also banned, preventing them from going into the city alone for two years

Tanya Beckett, Safer Neighbourhood Inspector for Worcester, hoped the banning order would send a clear message to yobs in the city.

She said: ‘Working with our partner agencies, we are pleased to get these CBOs for three teenagers whose antisocial behaviour has wreaked havoc and misery on those impacted by it.

‘We hope these restrictions will reassure businesses and the community that we take such offences very seriously and will take appropriate action where necessary.

‘Anyone who sees Halliday or Buncombe entering the areas listed, the area shown on Map A, or committing an offence should report it to a Safer Neighbourhood Officer or call 101.’
