BREAKING Ruben Amorim’s Man Utd reign off to the dream begin because of Marcus Rashford

Ruben Amorim has got off to the dream start thanks to Marcus Rashford.

Amorim made his Premier League bow on Sunday (November 24) afternoon as the Red Devils made the trip to East Anglia to square off with Ipswich Town. The away end was ready for a party – and it took just under two minutes for his name to be sung.

Amad Diallo, who was in at right wing-back, launched a run down the wing and dinked a ball to the near post. Rashford beat Arijanet Muric to the ball and slotted it in comfortably from close range.

“Another United manager who realises in their first week the success of the team starts with Marcus Rashford,” one fan said on social media. While a second shared: “Ladies and gentlemen Marcus Rashford is back!”

“Amorim taking 90 seconds to get a goal to start his era at United and didn’t even celebrate. What a debut,” a third posted. And another added: “Guys told me Marcus Rashford would be benched under Ruben Amorim!”
