This is the shocking moment a thug brutally knocked out a reveller with a single punch, just months before he delivered a killer blow to another man.
Benjamin Wallbanks, 41, floored David Reagan while on a night out in Stoke on Trent, in Staffordshire.
The brute can be seen in CCTV footage looking agitated as he walks around outside Hanley Pink nightclub in September 2021 having believed someone had threatened and grabbed his 13 year old son.
Mr Reagan had earlier been out drinking in Burslem and was standing outside after security had refused him entry to the nightclub.
A number of bystanders are seen trying to intervene between an agitated Wallbanks and Mr Reagan before the thug threw the vicious punch.
The clubgoer then crumples to the floor unconscious. Wallbanks can then be seen quickly walking away before getting into a van and driving away.

Rebecca Wade KC, prosecuting, told Stafford Crown Court: ‘The defendant was intent on a confrontation with Mr Regan.
‘A number of people intervened to try to prevent the confrontation taking place. But the defendant pushed and moved towards Mr Regan.
‘He broke free and offered a blow with his left hand. It was a jab-style punch to the jaw which caused him immediately to fall to the floor. He was rendered unconscious.’
Judge Kristina Montgomery described the Pink attack as ‘wholly disproportionate and unjustified’.
It came just months before Wallbanks launched a similar attack on 30 year old Ben Grosvenor.
Wallbanks, of Opal Road, Fenton, left Mr Grosvenor in a coma after the single punch attack on Trinity Street, in Hanley, outside Hanley Reflex nightclub on November 28, 2021.
Mr Grosvenor suffered a bleed on his brain and never recovered. He died two years later.
