Charlotte Dawson has claimed cruel trolls called social services and falsely accused her of neglecting her children.

The former Ex On The Beach star, 32, who is six months pregnant with her third child, is mother to Noah, three, and one-year-old Jude with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield.

Charlotte said the anonymous callers have contacted a council-based service as well as the NSPCC for unfounded reasons.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘They ring social services all the time, whenever there is anything on my Instagram. It’s pathetic.

‘I have no idea who it is but they just won’t give up. I’ve not heard anything for a few weeks but I’m sure I will do soon.

‘I don’t know who it is and I don’t really care any more because it’s just pathetic. There are people that actually need social services’ help, you know, not me.’

The most recent visit was in October when Charlotte posted a photo of herself with Nozeco — an alcohol-free version of prosecco.

The TV star has been dealing with the anonymous callers since last year when someone called social services to claim Charlotte was often drunk around her children.

‘Basically it was saying that Noah is always injured in my care, I’m always drunk around him, he’s always in hospital and all this crap,’ Charlotte explained on her Instagram.

‘They said me and Matthew aren’t capable of looking after Noah and he needs to be taken off of us.’

Another horrible complaint falsely claimed Charlotte had given Noah alcohol and had shared nude photos of him on social media.

Charlotte isn’t the first person in the limelight to fall prey to trolls calling social services.

Kirsty Allsop previously spoke of her outrage after she was quizzed by social services for allowing her 15-year-old son to go Interrailing across Europe.

In an extraordinary intervention, a social worker contacted the TV presenter to inform her that a file had been opened after child protection concerns were raised over her youngest child, Oscar.

She said: ‘I have no idea who it is but they just won’t give up. I’ve not heard anything for a few weeks but I’m sure I will do soon’ (pictured in September 2024)

To the 52-year-old’s fury, the social worker demanded to know what ‘safeguards’ had been put in place when she allowed Oscar to travel for three weeks on the continent alongside a 16-year-old friend.

Astonishingly, she was told that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), her local council, could keep the file open ‘in case there was another referral and we needed to come to your house and look into this further’.

Speaking to the Mail On Sunday, Kirsty branded the council’s actions ‘Orwellian’ and ‘absolutely outrageous’.

She said that officials had failed to understand she had been targeted by a ‘malicious’ complaint from someone falsely alleging neglect.

‘I just felt sick – absolutely sick,’ she said. ‘Then I was cross. I was very, very cross. It was just so extraordinary. I was in a parallel universe where they were actually taking this seriously.

‘I have broken no law and nothing about allowing my child to travel around Europe is neglectful.’

Charlotte recently detailed how she’s learning to forgive her fiancé Matthew’s sexting scandal, likening the undertaking to a ‘grieving process’.

The reality TV star revealed in August that she and Matt, 33, were expecting their ‘surprise’ third child – just weeks after news broke he had been sexting another woman.

Charlotte has since reconciled with her partner and said Matt is banned from using social media as she admitted it’s taking her a ‘long time to rebuild the trust’ with him.

Speaking to MailOnline, Charlotte opened up on her relationship, stating that the couple were ‘taking it slow’ and that it would have been ‘easier walk away’ from their eight-year romance.

Discussing how it’s been learning to trust her partner again and the time it takes, the star shared: ‘As much as this is public, this is our actual lives. This is what has actually been happening to us, it’s not a showmance! It’s one of those those where there is a lot of hurt, it’s like a grieving process.’

Speaking further about her process of forgiveness, Charlotte continued: ‘We’re taking it slow and just taking it each day as it comes really. Obviously we have a baby on the way and we’ve got a family.

‘I actually always say, it’s a lot harder to stay with them and it’s actually easier to walk away. Do you know what I mean? So we’re happy.

‘We’re taking it slow and he’s not on social media at the moment just because of the obvious reasons. I just think it’s the best thing for us at the moment.

‘You know what it’s like on social media, you just end up scrolling for hours, so it’s just a waste of time and you end up in a bit of a like habit of it, don’t you?

‘So he’s happy, he doesn’t know anything that’s going on with anyone, so it’s quite nice actually. It was his decision. He said he just came off it [social media] and he was going to go back on it and then he just decided to not go back on.

Charlotte said that if he did return to social media, it wouldn’t be a deal breaker because they are ‘learning to trust each other’, adding that Matt will return to social media ‘when the time’s right’.
