Shocking second girl plows automotive into Brazilian liquor retailer after employees refused to promote her booze

A 21-year-old woman is facing attempted murder charges after she smashed her car into a liquor distributor’s store and injured two people ‘in an act of rage,’ authorities in the Brazil state of Tocantins said.

Sâmia Sá visited the business Sunday morning to purchase a beverage and lost her temper when she was informed she could not buy an individual drink from a package, an employee told TV Anhanguera.

Cellphone video footage obtained by Brazilian news outlet G1 showed a topless Sá on the ground fighting with one of the workers as employees and bystanders tried to break it up.

Sá eventually walked to her car and while pulling out of the parking spot hit a person and another vehicle.

Two women who were at the scene of the fight could be seen running towards the store as one of them approached a male worker to alert him.

Within seconds, Sá slammed her car through the entrance, nearly hitting the male employee and the woman.

The vehicle destroyed two cashier counters, pinning one of the workers into a column and knocking another to the ground while a third jumped out of the way.

Sá then stepped out of the car and charged at one of the employees and chased him out of the store.

Her attorneys said in a statement that she was the victim of an assault that was witnessed by people on the scene and recorded on camera.

‘She was publicly exposed in a humiliating manner, with part of her clothes being torn off during the commotion,’ her lawyers said.

‘We emphasize that Sâmia acted in a state of strong emotional distress and despair, reacting to circumstances that put her physical integrity and dignity at risk,’ they added.

‘The defense reaffirms that there was no premeditated intention to cause damage or injury to third parties. We await a rigorous and impartial investigation so that all those involved are heard and the facts are fairly investigated.
