Neil Ruddock has told Ruben Amorim to be ruthless if he wants to stand a chance of being a successful Manchester United manager.
Amorim has replaced Erik ten Hag and been charged with taking United back to the top of English football. But former Liverpool star Ruddock reckons there will be no quick fixes, and that Amorim faces a huge task ahead of him.
And Ruddock has wasted no time in telling the Portuguese coach which United flops he needs to axe from Old Trafford. Ruddock told 10bet: “If you’re Ruben Amorim and you’re looking around the dressing room for players to clear out, then you’re looking at the old guys, the players that are 30 plus.
