A major fashion brand is set to return to the UK seven years after closing its doors. Juicy Couture was once a symbol of casual luxury clothing in the early 2000s, with its infamous velour tracksuits being worn by pretty much any female aged between 16 and 20 – and Britney Spears.

But it fell on hard times in the UK in the mid-2010s, closing all UK stores by May 2017 so that it could focus on its online and wholesale businesses. However, just seven years later and it appears that it is ready to takeover the UK once more, with a new store set to open at Westfield Stratford City in London.

And it’s not a small venture either, as the 1,200sq ft space will be will with its “signature casual glamour aesthetic,” a spokesman said.

No official opening date has been given yet, however, but it could see the comeback of the valour pink tracksuits that were once a commonplace all across the country
