Peter Andre and his wife Emily have opened up about family life with their five children – and have issued a simple little statement when asked if they’ll have more kids
Peter Andre and wife Emily have let it be known whether they plan to expand their brood with the pair seemingly knowing exactly what they want. Already doting parents to their children, the pair had their youngest Arabella just eight months ago.
The reality star and singer and his doctor wife also share Millie, 10, Theo, 8. Peter’ has two children from his previous marriage with Katie Price.
But as they approach their 10th wedding anniversary, they’ve issued a baby bombshell on whether they’ll have any more kids. And it seemed pretty conclusive with them both being on the same page.
Speaking to Ok! ahead of Christmas, Peter Andre said: “Hell no! This is it!” when asked about the possibility of more little ones in the future. He was quick to protest at the idea of adding to the Andre clan, saying: “I always said I’d never be 50 and changing nappies, and yet here I am. But I’m done, we both are.”
Emily was in much agreement, saying: “That’s a categorical no from me! I love them all so much, but I already feel I don’t have enough time for each one individually. I’m getting rid of baby things now.
“That’s how I know I’m done I didn’t do that after having Theo. Facebook Marketplace is my friend!”.
They also said they look forward to some two-person adventures one day once their children have flown the nest. Peter added: “Ems and I have talked and we want to travel a bit when the kids get older and maybe one of our children will give us grandchildren. We’re happy!”
Peter, who once claimed he never wanted to be changing nappies into his fifties, is now 51 and embracing all aspects of fatherhood with a newborn. He and his wife are cherishing every moment of their daughter Arabella’s first year, as are their other children.
“They’re all very close, but Bista [Princess] is super close with Millie and really helpful with the baby, while Junior has a lovely connection with Theo”, Peter shares.
“Ems and I aren’t ‘party parents’ we love being at home, cooking and hanging out with the kids. I’m more driven than ever with work, but I feel parent guilt like never before.
“Then I think, I’m doing this for their future as well, and I feel better again! Emily also loves how much the youngest two still dote on their baby sister.
She says: “I thought the novelty would wear off with Millie and Theo, but it hasn’t. They fight over who can hold Belle. Their little faces when I pick them up from school with her… It’s another thing to argue over! It’s very cute.”
