Olivia Masterson and her husband Gage have been married for 12 years and ‘swinging’ for eight, hosting massive, raunchy events where 250 people can show up
A swinging couple has lifted the lid on their raunchy behind-closed-doors behaviour, which includes hosting giant “playing” events where 250 people show up.
Olivia Masterson, 32, met hubby Gage while they were both teenagers in Leeds and it was love at first sight. The pair decided to tie the knot in 2012 but it was only eight years ago that they adopted the swinging lifestyle. “It was just after we’d had sex. We were having some pillow talk and Gage asked if I’d ever get with a girl. I replied that I already had,” Olivia told the Mirror. “It made us want to reconnect and explore more together. Gage asked if I wanted to play with girls and if we’d do it together.”
But Olivia was determined any sort of extra-curricular “adventuring” was to be done alongside “my little wingman”. “I said I didn’t want to do it on my own – I needed [Gage].”
The duo’s first foray into the world of swinging came with a “more experienced” couple after six weeks of Facetiming.
“It was supposed to be just a drink. They’d invited us to their house, but there was no pressure,” said Olivia. “They were experienced in this lifestyle, so it was just to get to know each other and it went really well.”
“It was really awkward for me though,” added Gage, also 32. “The girls went upstairs and the guy was taking me through things that I never thought I’d be speaking about, like whether he could do certain things with Olivia.

“I could hear the girls and all I wanted to do was join them. He had to keep telling me to relax. When I finally went upstairs, it was the first time I’d seen her with someone else. It was amazing.”
After the initial awkwardness, the pair left on a high with a refreshed desire for each other. “We couldn’t wait to go home to reconnect,” said Olivia. “We pulled over in a country lane about half a mile from our home,” added Gage.
With Gage working as the CEO of the app SwingHub and Olivia as a cabin crew member, the pair say its rare to have the same weekend free, meaning swinging is more a “hobby” for when they can fit it into their schedule.

But when they do find the time – they go large. The “ Christmas ball” they hosted this year saw them joined by 250 other swingers, and there were 50 people on the waiting list.
“People like to celebrate Christmas,” said Olivia. “It’s a nice way to celebrate the end of the year, to get dressed up, have a really good time and socialise with like-minded people. It’s a great way to end the year with a bang.”
Olivia finished by admitting it wasn’t always easy to live her adventurous lifestyle because of the “stigma” around swinging. “People won’t give you a chance, so it’s really hard to find suitable venues,” she said.
“People think you’re going to get naked on the dance floor, but that’s not the case. Everybody’s so well-behaved. We run our events very professionally. We only host up to 250 people. For our winter ball we’ve got a 50-person waiting list.”
