Eggs

Eggs, loaded with biotin essential for keratin production – the protein that constitutes hair – are a superfood for hair health. Studies showed that those who ate eggs thrice a week had stronger, less brittle hair and fewer hair shedding episodes over two months.

Spinach

Salmon
