Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have finally settled their divorce after one of the longest running split battles in Hollywood in recent years.
The couple remain stuck over their once-jointly owned French chateau and vineyard, which will be dealt with in a separate court case, but are widely reported to have a prenuptial agreement.
Although the details of their prenup have not been made public, the pair are likely to walk away with the individual assets they had previously and a split on their joint capital – as specified in the prenuptial agreement.
Pitt, 61, appears to be leaving their union with a significantly wealth than his ex, who is worth an estimated $120million, according to a figure from Celebrity Net Worth.
A combination of film deals, offering him a salary of $20-30million per movie, plus his various businesses interests and sponsorship deals, and his commercial and residential portfolio, means Pitt has amassed more than four times her wealth.
But Jolie, 49, has pocketed a welcome windfall after selling her shares in the French vineyard for $62million despite their agreement to hold on to it.
In addition, their six children, including three whom they adopted, appear to be siding with Jolie in the split, and three of them have dropped Pitt from their name.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have finally reached a settlement in their eight-year divorce battle, leaving the once Hollywood power couple (pictured together in 2012) to divvy up a massive $520million fortune
While the former power couple have finally settled their divorce, there is still the ongoing case regarding their battle over Chateau Miraval vineyard in France (pictured)
Pitt and Jolie have an estimated combined net worth of $520million, Celebrity Net Worth reported.
The duo have earned a combined over $555million since they became an item in 2004, according to Forbes. But since their marriage in 2014, it is estimated that the duo only earned a combined $117.5million, before taxes and other fees.
Pitt appears to have made the bulk of their funds, bringing in roughly $76.5million during his two-year marriage to Jolie.
The pair split in September 2016, prompting them to begin separating their assets, which included the sale of a home in the New Orleans French Quarter which they had purchased together in 2007.
The also engaged in a bitter custody battle over their six children that ended with Jolie retaining primary physical custody of their brood. Pitt will have visitation rights.
The actor had originally sought a 50/50 arrangement relating to their six kids, but an insider told DailyMail.com in March this year that he was no longer contesting the matter.
During the hard-fought custody battle, Pitt paid Jolie at least $9million in child support, Entertainment Tonight reported, citing court documents filed in 2018.
He ‘loaned’ her at least $8million to purchase her home and – as of August 2018 – had ‘paid over $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of [Jolie] and the minor children’. It is unclear how much Pitt contributed in child support since then.
The pair share three biological children – Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16 – as well as their adopted children Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, and Zahara, 19.
Since their parents’ bitter split, Zahara, Shiloh and Vivienne has all dropped Pitt from their last name. It has been reported that Maddox and Pax do not talk to their father – while it is believed that Knox and Vivienne still speak with Pitt, though they have not been pictured with him in several years.

BRANGELINA’S JOINT ASSETS
At the center of the couple’s divorce is the ongoing battle over Château Miraval vineyard in France, which is considered one of the country’s top wine producers.
Pitt and Jolie have been locked in a bitter legal battle over Miraval after Jolie sold her $62 million stake of the winery to the Stoli Group, famed for its Stolichnaya vodka.
The Château Miraval vineyard was worth $60million when the duo bought it in 2008, but thanks to Pitt’s effort and investment in the business, it’s worth a staggering $164million.
Pitt, who is suing Jolie over the sale, alleges she made the deal without his approval. He claimed she was seeking ‘unearned windfall profits’ from his investment in the vineyard and inflicted ‘gratuitous harm’.
Both sides have said they would be willing to take the Miraval case to a jury trial or mediation, a source told told DailyMail.com.
A source with knowledge of the situation added Jolie has ‘been trying hard to be light after a dark time.’

‘She doesn’t speak ill of him publicly or privately,’ the insider said.
‘The kids have grown up seeing that some people have so much power and privilege that their voices don’t matter. Their pain doesn’t count.
‘They have wanted her to speak up for herself, to defend herself over these years but she reminds them to focus on changing laws over telling public stories.’
A spokesman for Pitt declined to comment on Monday night.
Outside of the chateau, the pair’s assets seem relatively separate, with each of them owning their own homes, vehicles and businesses.
Pitt and Jolie did purchase a home together in the New Orleans French quarter in 2007 for $3.5million, but according to velvetropers.com sold it after their divorce for $4.9million.
The couple also reportedly shared a superyacht, which they purchased for $323million in 2014, the Mirror reported at the time.
The name of the vessel was not released publicly and it is unclear if the pair ever sold it. The asset, however, could be considered joint property.

Like many celebrities, Pitt also pockets cash from various brand deals throughout his career, including TAG Heuer, Chanel No. 5, De’Longhi, Cadillac and Heineken.
Chanel paid him a whopping $7million for his 2012 campaign, The Cut reported. The company also shelled out another $10million on American advertising, though it’s unclear what portion of those funds – if any – he received.
The Chanel deal doubled the $4.5million he earned for his Heineken SuperBowl ad in 2005. Cadillac reportedly paid him $3million for his 2013 campaign.
PROPERTY PORTFOLIO
Despite the eight-year divorce battle, Pitt has undoubtedly come out ahead in the real estate market.
The Fight Club actor kept hold of the family compound in Los Feliz and made a fortune when he sold it for $33million last year – a far cry from the $1.7million he shelled out when he bought the home from horror icon Elvira in 1994.
Pitt sold the property this year in a swap deal with oil heiress Aileen Getty – she paid $33million for the compound and he downsized to her three-bed home in the same area for $5.5million, making $27.5million from the swap minus expenses.
He also took the family’s Santa Barbara oceanfront home, which he purchased for $4million in 2000, and is now said to be worth $20million.
Although he lived at the Los Feliz compound with Jolie and their family, it likely would not count as marital property because he purchased the one prior to their marriage.
Over last few years Pitt been busy scooping up luxury homes and commercial properties, having been involved in realtor deals worth at least $72million.
In July 2022, Pitt went big in the residential housing market spending $40million on American author D.L James’ former home, known as ‘Seaward’, in Carmel, California. He purchased that outright with no mortgage.
Pitt last year sold the Los Feliz mansion in Los Angeles that he and his family once lived together in. He purchased the sprawling mansion in 1994 for $1.7million and sold it for a reported $39million

And the commercial front Pitt purchased three studios from his friend, British sculptor Thomas Houseago, in LA’s Frogtown neighborhood – a former rundown industrial zone now popular with the arts community and considered one of the city’s hippest areas.
He paid Houseago’s firm Clearwater Real Properties LLC $4,095,000 for side-by-side parcels. It’s where Pitt was pictured coming and going immediately after the Jolie split in September 2016 when he’d taken up sculpting.
In March 2021, Pitt bought another studio from Houseago for $2,933,500 directly opposite the other two. This one is a vintage manufacturing building and Pitt took out a $2million mortgage with City National Bank to finance the deal.
The actor is also rumored to have acquired a $4.5million estate in the Lake of the Ozarks area of Missouri, velvetropers.com reported – although he has never confirmed this.
Builders began construction on the property, better known as ‘Pensmore,’ in 2011 and it is considered one of the biggest residential homes in the country, boasting 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
Property records for Pensmore were not immediately available.

Angelina Jolie is one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood, earning between $20million and $35million per film, Cosmopolitan reported.

The pair are understood to have fostered a friendship while working on the film, even sparking romance rumors. However, Jolie has maintained the pair were just just ‘very, very good friends’ until after his split with Jennifer Aniston.

Jolie filed to end the marriage in September 2016, just two years after tying the knot. She and Pitt had dated 10 years before they decided to get married.
It has since been alleged that the couple and their six children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox, had taken a private plane days prior to her filing in which Pitt had become physically abusive.
Jolie claimed in court filings that Pitt’s ‘history of physical abuse’ started ‘well before’ the plane incident. The Maleficent actress also said her ex tried to force her to sign a $8.5million NDA to cover up his ‘years of abuse’.
Pitt has always denied the claims of abuse and was cleared by law enforcement following an investigation.
One insider told DailyMail.com ‘she could have pressed charges against him.’
‘She could have told the world what happened, she didn’t. All she wanted was for their children to get the support they needed to heal.
‘Pitt successfully used his power and his privilege to cover up his conduct at his family’s expense and even attempted to paint her as the reason why his relationship is so challenging with the children.’
In court filings, Pitt’s attorneys claimed it was Jolie who sabotaged the children’s relationship with the actor.
They claimed former bodyguards who worked for the family overheard Jolie ‘encouraging’ the children to avoid spending time with their father during custody visits.
Brad is said to be determined to resolve all his legal issues with his ex-wife, and that Ines is ready to support him during the continued battle amid rumors they may marry
Despite the ongoing legal battle, Jolie and Pitt were deemed legally single in 2019.
Pitt has been dating Los Angeles based jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, 34, for almost two years.
The actor and designer were initially seen spending time with one another during a November 2022 Bono concert. The two live together, it has been claimed.
DailyMail.com previously revealed that de Ramon has made it clear to her friends, family, and work contacts that her relationship with Pitt is off-limits for discussion.
The entrepreneur even required her business contacts to sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure that no details about her personal life are leaked.
De Ramos reportedly takes these precautions to avoid giving the actor any impression that she’s using their relationship to gain fame.
Now the actor is said to be looking to share his future with the brunette beauty as another source stated in early December: ‘Brad is interested in getting married again, and it is all thanks to Ines.
‘The thing about her is that he is so comfortable with her that it just feels right with her, and he would be more than OK to make it official.’
Brad and Ines were initially seen spending time with one another during a November 2022 and the pair reportedly live together in the same house in the Los Angeles area
The source noted that Ines even has the seal of approval from Brad’s close circle as they continued: ‘He has spoken to those close to him, including George, and everyone has signed off on him doing it, it would be a nice thing for him as it would be the official moving on from his romantic past with [Jennifer Aniston] and Angie.
‘That is obviously in everyone’s mind and will always be forever in the minds of millions, but it is Ines and her no nonsense nature that has finally been the person to settle down with.’
The source even teased that an engagement will likely take place in the New Year as they stated: ‘It is time and 2025 at some point is going to be the moment he will get engaged to her.’
