Jennifer Aniston has revealed the one health tip that she really can’t stand – and it’s a mantra that is as old as time.
Aniston, 55, recently shared that she doesn’t like the term ‘no pain, no gain,’ as she believes it’s not true.
‘No pain, no gain. That’s not true at all,’ the Friends star told People in a new interview. ‘You can actually have gain with no pain.’
She divulged that over the years, she’s tried a lot of different fitness programs and routines, like ’45 minutes of cardio, floor work and then weights,’ and has come to the same conclusion.
‘I know more, because I’ve tried it all,’ she shared with the outlet.
‘And my big takeaway is, “Boy, you didn’t have to hurt your body so much back then. You didn’t need to beat yourself up.”‘
The Just Go With It actress also admitted that she doesn’t like to make New Year’s resolutions, either, as she doesn’t ‘want to let [herself] down.’
‘I’m not a good person to ask about that. I don’t make resolutions,’ the star shared.

‘I really don’t. I don’t want to let myself down. I don’t want to fail at that.’
This is not the first time that Aniston has offered insight into her wellness routine, either.
During a September 2021 interview with InStyle, she shared that she tries to exercise every single day.
‘I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,’ she explained.
‘I’m going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline,’ the actress continued.
She also divulged that she is good at snacking in moderation.
‘I’m good at that. I can have one M&M, one chip. I know, that’s so annoying,’ she told the publication at the time.
Aniston’s health tip revelation comes just days after she was spotted sporting a tiny string bikini for her annual trip to Cabo, Mexico with her pals on Tuesday.

Aniston showed off her flat midriff in a coral triangle bikini top, which she paired with blue swimsuit bottoms.
The star was wearing the same swimsuit she wore 13 years prior – while on holiday in the same resort city with her then-fiancé Justin Theroux.
Aniston even re-wore the same sarong she donned at the same 2013 holiday.
Her celeb pal Jason Bateman, also 55, was also on hand for the yearly trip.
