The actress, 39, known for her roles in Netflix’s Black Doves and Love Actually, opted for a sleek black slip dress that blended classic simplicity with intricate detailing.
The top of the gown featured shimmering silver sequins in a swirling design, broken up by a delicate bow adorned with a small rosette.
A satin ribbon defined the waist, leading into a dramatic flourish of black feathers.
The lower half of the dress remained understated with a smooth, glossy finish, allowing the detailed bodice to take centre stage.
Keira completed the look with her signature bob styled neatly, a black manicure, and understated diamond rings.

The British actress is nominated in the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series – Drama category for her performance in Black Doves, a six-part spy thriller series starring her character as Helen Webb, the wife of the Secretary of State for Defence, who learns that her secret identity as a Black Dove is in danger after her lover is killed by London‘s underworld.
Netflix announced it has renewed the show for a second season after the first of the thriller series became a hit with fans – and royalty.
It was an instant hit, flying to the top of the charts as viewers dubbed it a ‘Christmas series’ and it even made it to Kensington Palace.

The X account for Netflix posted a 30-second clip of Keira, 39, as her character Helen Webb and Ben Whishaw, 44, as Sam Young, together at a bar.
In the clip, Keira approaches Ben and whispers ‘Merry Christmas’ in his ear, to which he replies ‘Hello darling’ as the two share a hug.
Breaking the fourth wall, Keira raises her champagne glass says: ‘Here’s to Black Doves season one.’
Clinking his glass against hers, Ben replies: ‘Don’t forget season two, darling.’

British film-maker Sir Christopher Nolan was named best director for the first time after six nominations, while Irisih actor Cilllian Murphy took home best actor.
During the event, Cheers legend Ted Danson will receive the Carol Burnett Award for those who have ‘made outstanding contributions to television on or off screen’ and Viola Davis will be handed the Cecil B. DeMille Award for achievement in film.
