The tech tycoon-turned-politician has controversially been crowned the world’s sexiest entrepreneur by a group of UK women, as part of a list including Donald Trump

Tesla and X owner Elon Musk has topped the poll, beating Dragon’s Den’s Steven Bartlett and Snapchat’s Evan Spiegel. A poll revealed a number of surprising competitors for the tech entrepreneur.
Other tech billionaires on the list included Apple’s Tim Cook in 28th place, and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg at 39th. Musk, who now runs Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has become a particularly controversial character on the political scene, playing an increasingly polarising role in US politics.
But for some women in the UK he retains a level of sex appeal, scoring a whopping 9 out of 10 on the poll’s sexiness scale. Steven Bartlett was a close second at 8.5.
The poll was onducted by illicitencounters.com, the UK’s leading extramarital affairs site, and a spokesperson for the website, Jessica Leoni, said: “Elon Musk’s victory has come as quite a surprise considering how much of a controversial figure he’s become lately, but the sheer level of his appeal shows just how much women are drawn to powerful, unpredictable men with money.”
She called the tycoon a “bad boy billionaire.”
The poll involved 2000 of the site’s female members, who were asked to rank fifty of the world’s most famous and influential business people from least to most sexy. Amazon’s founder Jeff Bezos managed to secure fourth place, and Virgin’s Richard Branson took 18th.
In an especially controversial result, Musk’s boss Donald Trump secured ninth place – putting him in the top 18%.
The Apprentice’s tough judge Alan Sugar, however, came last. Nonetheless, Leoni was proud to see so many UK entrepreneurs – like Gymshark’s Ben Francis and Calm co-founder Michael Acton – make the list.
She said: “British brains, charm, and business savvy are a very sexy combination. With such a diverse mix of visionaries, mavericks, and moguls, it’s clear that success is the ultimate aphrodisiac.”
BrewDog CEO James Watt, who married TV personality Georgia Toffolo in a secret Scottish wedding last weekend, placed fifth.
