Police were called when wrestler known as ‘Charlie Tiger’ began running around a parking lot naked and threatened people in a store with a machete
Professional wrestler Charles Hutton, known in the ring as “Charlie Tiger” has been arrested in bizarre and disturbing incident – where he stripped and threatened people with a machete.
Lower Allen Township Police in Pennsylvania were called to a disturbance on March, 6 when it was a reported a man had been running around a parking lot naked and threatening people in a store with a machete.
Hutton, 24, also stabbed a work van and caused over $2,000 worth of damage.
When Hutton entered the store, he was confronted by several individuals, including a good Samaritan, who successfully disarmed him before he fled the scene in a Subaru, dropping his machete as he left.
Authorities later issued a summons for his arrest and police located Hutton with the help of witness descriptions, store video and his driver’s license.
The police report states: “Multiple witnesses reported that the male was yelling while holding the knife, stabbing the ground with the knife, and taking off his clothes.
“During the incident the suspect charged at bystanders in a threatening them with the knife.
“Additionally, the suspect stabbed a work van causing over $2,000 worth of damage.”
Hutton has been charged with utterly threats, assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief.
Tiger has worked for various indie promotions including Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) and Game Changer Wrestling (GCW).
His last appearance for GCW was at The People Vs GCW in which he was part of a battle royal, the same one which PCO won and then later smashed the TNA Digital Media Championship with a sledgehammer.
Approximately a month earlier, Hutton was arrested and charged with harassment and making terroristic threats after he allegedly confronted employees at an IRS office.
That wasn’t the first time he supposedly targeted the office.
In a previous incident he is accused of harassing employees and shouting: “Kill the IRS!” which caused the building to be evacuated.
