Arne Slot’s Liverpool are closing in on the Premier League title, and the date at which it will be confirmed has been predicted by a supercomputer.

Liverpool are cantering unopposed to the title with an injury-hit Arsenal stricken in their pursuit and Manchester City enduring their worst-ever season under Pep Guardiola, leaving the Reds all alone out front.

Their current 15-point lead over Arsenal continues to be extended with the Reds picking up nine points from their last three games, while Mikel Arteta’s side mustered just two. It’s now only a matter of time before Slot’s side will start receiving their guard of honours.

And the date when it becomes official has been predicted by Casino Apps, who have used artificial intelligence to analyse Liverpool’s season so far, factoring in form, remaining fixtures, and the performances of their closest rivals to determine when the Reds are most likely to seal the title.

According to their supercomputer, that date is April 20th, with relegation-threatened Leicester City set to be the opposition against who the Reds will become champions against.

That fixture is in just four Premier League games time, after the Reds play Everton, Fulham and West Ham. That would mean Liverpool will play Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Arsenal, Brighton and Crystal Palace as champions before the season concludes.

Spokesperson for Casino Apps, Lee Astley, said: “It seems a matter of ‘if’ rather than ‘when’ with regards to Liverpool’s title charge this season, so we’ve turned to artificial intelligence to see which fixture Arne Slot’s men are most likely to be crowned Premier League champions in.

“Our supercomputer analysis – which incorporates overall form, upcoming fixture difficulty and other key trends – suggests Liverpool will seal the Premier League title against Leicester on April 20th, having been the standout team in the English top flight all season.

“With just 16 points needed to mathematically confirm their triumph, the Reds could be on course to lift the trophy in record time. Arsenal’s recent slip-ups and Manchester City’s fading hopes make it increasingly likely that Liverpool’s coronation will come at the King Power Stadium.”
