She has now also been charged with using a carriage service to access child abuse material and a fresh charge of using a carriage service to transmit child abuse material to herself. Another charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child under authority has been withdrawn.

The alleged abuse initially began via Snapchat where she allegedly shared explicit videos with the student. She then reportedly engaged in sexual activity with the teenager at her home and in the back of a car as he skipped school to meet her.

She has also been accused of sexual activity with the second student in her classroom. She has not entered any pleas, and the case is listed to be heard at Campbelltown Local Court on May 21.

Brailey first appeared in court in August 2024, when the prosecution opposed her bail application.
