Sobbing grownup mannequin’s household advised to ‘settle down’ after shouting ‘f*** off’ at choose

An adult star broke down in court after she was caught filming sexual acts with an underage girl and flogging the clips on WhatsApp. Ellie Rixon, who reportedly produced the “content” to fund her drug habit, involved a teen who was “incapable of consenting” due to her age.

As the court heard she could have been slapped with a six-year stretch, one woman couldn’t hold back her anger, yelling “f*** off” in the gallery. But the mood shifted when Rixon’s mates erupted with cheers of “yes” and “see you soon babe” as she dodged jail time.

Liverpool Crown Court was told on Monday that Rixon, from Litherland, snapped pics and vids of the girl, then 16 and 17, “taken with her consent, despite her being incapable of consenting because of her age”. The defendant, who hit 19 during the seven-month span of “content creation”, sent the images and videos out to buyers on Whatsapp.

Prosecutor Joanne Daniels told how the pair had agreed to split the cash made from their sales. Rixon apparently twigged to the girl’s real age about five months in, having thought she was 18, but still kept up the sordid shoots.

The victim reached out to Merseyside Police, revealing that she “had numerous indecent photographs and videos of her” which were being “sold and posted online”. Ms Daniels explained: “The defendant creates pornographic content which she sells online on social media and adult sites,” reports the Liverpool Echo.

“The defendant would record her performing acts or being naked and post this online. [Girl’s name] asked the defendant to take them down, but the defendant refused. The distribution can only be evidenced on WhatsApp and not on the adult site.”

Rixon was taken into custody in August last year, whereupon officers discovered she had captured 43 category A indecent images involving the complainant, along with 11 in category B and 119 in category C.

Out of these, seven, two and 25 respectively had been shared. Although Rixon has no prior convictions, she did spend time at HMP Styal for violating her bail terms.

In court, the now 20 year old defendant wept as Ms Daniels detailed the Sentencing Council’s guidelines, which suggest a starting point of six years for producing category A indecent images of children, with a range of four to nine years. At this juncture, a distressed woman in the public gallery was comforted by another before exclaiming “f*** off”, leading Judge Neil Flewitt KC to intervene, saying: “Just calm down a moment. She is not getting a sentence anything like that.”

Lloyd Morgan, defending, highlighted to the court that Rixon’s stint in prison had seemingly changed her, noting a “difference in her attitude and behaviour, a realisation perhaps”. He remarked: “If there is any such thing as a standard type case, this certainly is not it.

“Your honour will have seen the trauma she has suffered. She herself has been very vulnerable. These are two vulnerable girls, both agreeing for them to be distributed for some financial gain.”

Rixon pleaded guilty to three counts of producing indecent images of a child and three counts of distributing them. In court, dressed in a grey prison jumper and with blue hair, she acknowledged the judge’s decision with nods and smiles as she received a 24-month detention sentence suspended for two years.

Rixon was also given a 12-month drug rehabilitation requirement and must complete up to 30 days of rehabilitation activities. She’s been ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for the next decade and received a sexual harm prevention order for the same duration.

The judge also ordered the confiscation of her mobile phone and GoPro camera. As Rixon was escorted back to the cells, anticipating her release, one woman shouted “see you soon babe”.
