Upon entering, visitors will be met with rows of iconic video cases and a cosy relaxation zone equipped with vintage televisions. After perusing the shelves, guests can select a movie, bring the empty VHS case to the counter, and receive a complimentary KitKat sharing bar and movie streaming code. No booking is required to the event at 59 Greek Street, W1D 4NQ.

The brand-new sharing bars are available in three flavours:.

  • KitKat Double Chocolate
  • KitKat** Salted Caramel

KitKat has dug up some startling stats showing Brits are practically snapping over their inability to log off. A whopping third (35%) reckon their smartphone is the villain of the piece. Also, nearly three in 10 get twitchy without their digital buddy within arm’s reach, and a staggering seventy-three percent confess this tech attachment is causing friction at home.

Stephanie Scales, Head of Marketing for KitKat at Nestlé UK & Ireland, said: “It’s more important than ever to stay connected with others in today’s hectic world.

“Whether it’s with friends, family or loved ones, we want to take the nation back to when times were simpler and reclaim the joy of picking out a movie to watch together. By KitKat sharing bars partnering with Blockbuster to take cosy nights in together to another level, we hope that we can help Brits properly savour their downtime and break better!”.
