Catherine Harding, the WAG of Arsenal midfielder Jorginho, had football club fans swooning over her as she flaunted her washboard abs in Rio de Janeiro
Jorginho’s fiancee Catherine Harding stunned her Instagram followers and Brazilian football fans with her washboard abs.
The stunning singer lapped up the sun during the international break as she jetted off to Rio de Janeiro with Jorginho. The 33-year-old was not selected by Luciano Spalletti and has been out of the Italy squad since Euro 2024, allowing him to rest up with his beau.
Jorginho and Catherine headed to Rio and the two soaked up the sunshine on the famous Ipanema Beach. Catherine posed in a Brazil shirt and hat while donning a green and yellow bikini in reference to the Selecao’s iconic colours.
Catherine showed off her stunning body as she flaunted her abs alongside the Arsenal midfielder.
Alongside the snaps, Catherine added the caption: “A day on Ipanema (beach emoji). Always the best days with my love @jorginhofrello I love exploring his country (love heart eyes emoji).”
While her followers in the comment section would usually take to the comment section to laud her looks and outfit.
The comments were instead flooded with Flamengo fans attempting to convince Jorginho and Catherine to relocate to Rio permanently, with black and red hearts, in a nod to the club’s colours, littered the replies.
One fan said: “It just stays here, Brazil is incredible.” A second added: “Flamengo is waiting for you.”
A third temptingly said: “Come be happy in Rio!” While a fourth persuasively added: “You were born in Ireland, but you will live the rest of your life in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro, in Flamengo…” Another pleaded: “COME TO FLAMENGO”.
Jorginho, who was born in Imbituba, Brazil, before moving to Italy at the age of 15, chose to represent Italy over the country of his birth in 2014 and received his first call-up to the Italy senior squad in March 2016.
The midfielder’s contract at the Emirates expires at the end of the season and it appears likely that the Euros winner will leave Arsenal. Jorginho has been linked with moves to several clubs, including a return to Brazil with Flamengo.
