A biohacking mum revealed she splashes up to £2,000 a month in pursuit of eternal youth – and is often mistaken as her 18 year old daughter’s sister.

Tracy Kiss,38, has completely revamped her lifestyle after feeling like she resembled an “80-year-old” and was “burned out” at the tender age of 25.

The single mother of two was plagued by aches and pains, and even walking would leave her feeling dizzy. She boosted her daily calorie intake to over 3,000 and began weight training every day.

After completing several wellness and aesthetics courses, Tracy embraced biohacking – swapping 12 years of fillers and Botox for blood filtration, oxygen chambers, and light therapy.

She insists these changes have rejuvenated her, leading to frequent ID checks when buying alcohol and people mistaking her for her 18 year old daughter’s sibling.

Her treatments set her back up to £2,000 a month, averaging around £1,000 a month. Tracy, a content creator hailing from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, said: “Biohacking is like being reborn.

“I renew my cells so I look naturally young. To be honest self love was the key. I don’t want to brag, I just want to be the change I’d like to see.

“A lot of beauty is about airbrushing, but I’ve fixed my ageing from the roots, so I just glow naturally. And I’m really strong. I can hike mountains, lift weights, climb trees, and do pullups and flip overs on the side of my house.

She continued: “A lot of my friends my age get told they look about 43, but I get ID’d. It’s very funny. People are always really surprised when they realise I’m my daughter’s mum.

“I realised my lifestyle was winning when I could carry a grown man on my shoulders and beat him in running races, he’d be exhausted and I’d have so much energy.

“Age 25 I was totally burned out. I was mentally, physically, and emotionally broken. I needed to get back on my feet, I had two children to look after.

“Biohacking makes your age really just a number. My age in years bears no relation to the age of my cells.” Tracy began to experience burnout following the birth of her son, who is now 13, in April 2012.

She suffers from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) – a group of inherited connective tissue disorders – which makes her intolerant to many foods.

She attempted to exercise but even a single press up or ten seconds of cardio would cause her to faint.

Tracy confessed: “I was crying myself to sleep. I worried constantly about what would happen to my children if I died. I decided to make myself as strong as I could mentally and physically.”

Vegan Tracy completely transformed her lifestyle – adopting a diet of curry and rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with porridge and protein shakes in between.

She took up bodybuilding, and delved into mindfulness and other wellbeing techniques. In 2017, she embraced Buddhism, incorporating yoga and meditation into her daily routine.

She shared: “Just learning to close off my mind so that I could sleep made such a difference. Stress is so harmful for our bodies.”

Tracy had been receiving Botox and fillers since her early twenties but chose to abandon the treatments after studying aesthetics and discovering the dangers and adverse effects.

She explained: “Fillers can expand years after they’re put in and you can end up looking swollen. Basically it’s all a quick fix, but your body is still ageing.

“Ultimately fillers and Botox will end up pulling your face down. You end up looking like a corpse.” Tracy transformed into a biohacker – aiming to make her body feel more youthful.

She began utilising a specialised sleeping-bag red-light therapy sauna two years ago. She started attending oxygen chambers every two months to counteract the damaging impact of pollution on her system – with costs reaching up to £500 per session, once monthly.

She revealed: “I come out with so much energy, nothing aches, everything is effortless. You can go in a tank, or just pop on a mask, and you can get all your emails done.”

Tracy now employs LED therapy to tackle skin damage – resting on a specialist £1,000 LED blanket three times weekly.

She noted: “It boosts your body’s natural ability to regrow and replenish. Different frequencies get to different layers of your skin.”

More recently, Tracy commenced three sessions of EBOO blood filtration, priced at £1,400 each, to cleanse her bloodstream.

The process involves extracting blood and channelling it through a filtering system. It’s incredible”, she declared, “I went to the gym and thought the machines were broken everything was so easy.”

She opts for herbal teas, mushroom coffee, and adaptogen supplements over energy drinks. Tracy explained: “Biohacking is like putting plant food on your flowers. You take what is naturally there and boost it.

“It’s like hitting rewind on the clock of life.”
