This is the shocking moment a balaclava-clad teen is caught on CCTV ‘playing chicken’ with a high-speed train at a level crossing.
The footage was recorded at the crossing north of Diss station in Norfolk in early October. Network Rail said trains can travel at up to 100mph on that part of the line.
