Victoria Beckham left her fans in a sweat after posing in raunchy photos, with hubby David being told by her followers just how lucky he is
Victoria Beckham had tongues wagging when promoting her fragrance campaign last year.
The 51-year-old wife of England and Manchester United legend David has become one of the world’s leading fashion designers since her Spice Girls days and was certainly in a creative mood when teaming up with Steven Klein, an American photographer and videographer.
Posh Spice, 51, left her loyal following wanting more after posting several photos on social media which showcased her draped in a black silk blouse, but nothing more. Resting on a seemingly fake beach, Victoria’s signature sultry look was on show.
Opting not to button up her blouse, the decision made for a spicier look while she also appeared to go pant-less, but she did sport black heels while lying down on the golden brown sand.
While many would have thought the photoshoot was in support of a fashion campaign, she was instead promoting her latest fragrance, 21:50 Rêverie. Discussing her partnership with Klein – who has worked with the likes of Madonna, Angelina Jolie and Rihanna – she praised his portrayal of women through the lens.
She said: “I love working with Steven Klein; I love how he photographs women. To me, he makes women look like superheroes. 21:50 Rêverie represents a profound moment of change in my life back in 2001, and he’s managed to capture that feeling perfectly.”
Klein’s work also captured the attention of Victoria’s sizable online following, to say the least. One user wrote: “David is the luckiest man on Earth.” While another added: “Absolutely gorgeous darling.”
The compliments continued flooding in for the singer-turned-designer with a third exclaiming: “Wow, attractive woman.” Victoria’s new three-part documentary series on Netflix, which was released last month, detailed her hugely successful pop career, family life, and her intense preparation for a show at Paris Fashion Week.
She also opened up about her struggles with an eating disorder amid the negative headlines she faced regarding her weight during her time with the Spice Girls. Discussing what she went through, she admitted the experience made her a good liar.
“I was controlling [the narrative] in an incredibly unhealthy way. When you have an eating disorder, you become very good at lying,” she revealed. “And I was never very honest about it with my parents.
“I never talked about it publicly. It really affects you, when you’re being told constantly you’re not good enough. And I suppose that’s been with me my whole life.”
Despite her troubles, she cited the impact of her bandmates Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell. She admitted the quartet made her “feel more light-hearted, more fun,” while making her “feel good enough” about being comfortable with herself.
