Former Manchester United star David Beckham owns several lavish homes with his wife Victoria and his family spend their time in both the UK and the US
David and Victoria Beckham lead a lavish lifestyle across multiple countries, having amassed considerable wealth. The former England skipper initially earned his fortune from football before branching out into other lucrative ventures, while ex-Spice Girl Victoria has carved out a career in the fashion industry.
The Beckhams are one of the globe’s most recognisable families with a combined net worth of £500million, as per The Sunday Times Rich List. As David is a co-owner of Major League Soccer team Inter Miami, the Beckhams split their time between the US and the UK.
Both David and Victoria have offered fans a glimpse into their family life through their individual Netflix documentaries, with Victoria’s hitting the streaming platform earlier this year. These documentaries also shed light on the Beckhams’ property portfolio, valued at a combined £111m.
Cotswolds Estate
In the UK, David and Victoria spend some of their time at their Cotswolds estate in Chipping North. The Grade-II listed farmhouse, which they bought for £6.15m in 2016, has been featured in both David and Victoria’s documentaries.
The cameras captured an open fireplace and a stylish dining room, with grand chandeliers enhancing the country manor vibe. There’s also a massive kitchen where David is known to whip up meals for the family.
Outside, there’s an orchard and a generous garden space, where David took up beekeeping during lockdown. Victoria has previously joked about tasting the ‘sticky stuff’ her husband’s beehive was providing, as per the Metro.
In 2022, Victoria posted a Tiktok showing her husband collecting his honey. “So, here with David whilst he collects his sticky stuff,” she said. “He’s about to release his sticky stuff. His new batch of sticky stuff.”
Victoria added: “So, I’ve got the sticky stuff. I’m just going to go and sample it. Let you know what David’s sticky stuff tastes like.”
Other outdoor features include a football pitch, tennis court and a £50,000 barbecue tent.
Miami Mansion
The Beckham clan first relocated to the US after David signed with LA Galaxy in 2007. Nearly two decades later, the ex-Manchester United star maintains strong ties to the country through Inter Miami, a team he co-founded that now counts Lionel Messi as a key player.
In October 2024, The Sun revealed that the Beckhams had splashed out a whopping £55m in cash for an enormous Miami mansion with stunning views over Biscayne Bay. According to the Daily Mail, the 14,270sqft property is home to nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, not to mention a home cinema, personal spa and swimming pool.
The kitchen is designed to chef standards, with plenty of outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining guests. Being on the coast, the property also comes with its own mooring space for a yacht.
On top of their Florida mansion, the Beckhams are also proud owners of a penthouse in Miami. This 10,000sqft property was snapped up for £18m in 2020.
London Townhouse
The Beckhams split their UK time between their Cotswolds estate and their London townhouse. The family’s London residence set them back £31m in 2013.
David and Victoria have reportedly splashed out around £8m on refurbishments, which necessitated planning permission due to the building’s listed status. The four-storey residence boasts six bedrooms and a dressing room.
According to The Sun, it took the Beckhams three years to feel their home was finally complete. The property is equipped with a gym, study, wine cellar, and even a nail salon.
