A massive explosion next to a major airport has seen at least 15 people rushed to hospital, with flights cancelled and delayed amid the horror apocalyptic scenes.
The blast has ripped through an industrial park near Argentina’s main international airport, with flights to and from the capital Buenos Aires delayed and cancelled on Friday night. At least 15 people hospitalised in the horror.
Videos of the scene reveal a massive roaring blaze which then sends up a large cloud of thick black smoke. The plant is then engulfed in a massive fireball which creates a mushroom cloud in the sky. Fire alarms begin to ring while witnesses run for cover. The fire then continues to roar and get bigger.

A huge team of firefighters struggled to contain the blaze. Local fire chief Fabian Garcia said: “It is a complex fire. It will be a long fire.”
It comes after a suspected car firebomb terror caused chaos on a UK street on Thursday morning. Two vehicles were set on fire as emergency services raced to the scene in Kirkcaldy, Fife.
Fire crews were called to a car on fire in Lawson Gardens, Fife, at 3:05am on Thursday. Crews then tackled a second vehicle fire after it was set alight in Haig Avenue at 3.25am. Both incidents were just a half a mile away from each other.
Emergency services, including Police Scotland and Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, were all on the scene. Police have now launched an investigation to establish the exact circumstances of both incidents.
They believe the car fires may be linked. Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers in Kirkcaldy are investigating two reports of wilful fire-raising, as cars were set alight at Lawson Gardens and Haig Avenue, in the early hours of Thursday, 13 November, 2025.
“The incidents happened around 3.05am and 3.25am respectively, and are being treated as linked. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 0292 of 13 November, 2025.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 3.22am on Thursday, 13 November to reports of a vehicle fire in Kirkcaldy.
“Operations Control mobilised one appliance to the town’s Haig Avenue, where firefighters extinguished the fire and worked to make the area safe.
“There were no casualties.”
