A masseur who sexually assaulted five women during treatments at a luxury spa has been spared jail.
Ibrahim Ali, 36, carried out the attacks at the Nirvana Spa in Sindlesham, near Wokingham, Berkshire in November and December last year.
Victims said he made them take off all their clothes and put on paper underwear, even if they did not want to.
He pulled the towel covering their bodies down lower than necessary and touched them inappropriately, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) heard.
All of the women reported Ali’s behaviour to staff at the spa, but it was only when one of them went to the police in December 2024 that an investigation was launched.
Ali, who previously admitted to the charges, was sentenced to two years in jail suspended for two years at Reading Crown Court, sitting at Reading Magistrates’ Court, today, court officials said.
The 36-year-old was also made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order for 10 years, the court confirmed.
He must also undertake 40 days of rehabilitation activity and 150 hours of unpaid work, the CPS said, and must pay £500 in compensation to each of the five victims and a further two victims who came forward after his conviction, totalling £3,500.

Lawyer Shilpa Shah, of the CPS, said: ‘These women should have been able to feel safe and relaxed during their treatments.
‘Instead, Ibrahim Ali betrayed their trust, leaving them feeling distressed and violated.
‘The fact that all these women were unknown to each other yet recounted strikingly similar offending was a crucial part of our case – and its overall strength meant Ali had little choice but to plead guilty.
‘Ali’s actions were criminal and, as this case has shown, we will do all we can to secure justice for victims of sexual assault and abuse.’
