Simone Biles has now shared every detail of her recent boob job, including the exact size she went for and how they ‘looked like aliens at first’ but ‘now they’re perfect’
Champion US gymnast Simone Biles has shared details of her breast augmentation, revealing how recovery was far rougher than she’d expected – and she even had second thoughts about her chosen bust size.
“They were up to my neck,” the 11-time Olympic medallist said in a TikTok video. She told her surgeon, “Take them out! They need to be smaller!” she said. “Because they look like aliens at first – alien breasts!”
The operation also took a toll on her body. “The very first day, Jonathan had to lift me up out of bed,” she added, referring to her husband, American Football star Jonathan Owens. But she was soon delighted with her surgery: “Now they’re perfect.”
Answering “the question everybody wants to know”, she told her followers that she went for “310, high profile, extra filled, silicone.” While she’d considered a 330 implant, she said it “wouldn’t fit” because she’s only 4ft 8in tall and weighs just 7.5 stone.
The 28-year-old had the operation in Houston on June 16. Simone showed the plastic surgeon some “inspiration photos” and they decided that “under the muscle” would give the most natural look.
After the initially tough recovery, the only ongoing effects from the operation are the incisions where the implants were put in – which are “probably half an inch each”. “They look really good,” she said.
The star gymnast told People that she wanted to help young girls by sharing details of her surgery. “I also think it shows young girls that they have the right to their own choices, whatever they are, and that’s no shame added as well,” she said.
“Okay, obviously you can notice the breasts,” she said. But she stressed that she didn’t go under the knife because she “didn’t like” how she looked before.
“But other than that, it’s just feeling good about yourself and loving yourself, and I’ve always been very vocal about that.
“And not that I didn’t like the way I looked or the way I felt. It’s just something that I notice obviously a little bit more because I live in this body, I’m just so used to it.”
Biles recently revealed on TikTok that she has undergone three plastic surgeries but “two of them, you would never be able to tell.”
She underwent a lower blepharoplasty to reduce bagginess from the lower eyelids and remove excess skin from upper eyelids. A separate plastic surgery on an ear fixed an earlobe after an earrings “got ripped out” when she was a kid.
