Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is said to have handed her £9m in an out-of-court settlement, and she also amassed other compensation for the years of abuse by late paedo Jeffrey Epstein
Virginia Giuffre’s warring family is ready to rumble in a courtroom showdown over her huge fortune.
The 41-year-old, who killed herself in April without leaving a will, is believed to have left millions in her bank account.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is said to have handed her £9m in an out-of-court settlement, and she also amassed other compensation for the years of abuse by late paedo Jeffrey Epstein.
Now her relatives including her estranged husband, who filed for divorce two months before she died, are looking to claim a share. Her two half-brothers, Sky Roberts and Danny Wilson, have hired lawyers to challenge Robert Giuffre’s right to a third of the cash.
Her aunt Kimberley Roberts says the half siblings also want some of the money but she insists nobody should inherit except Virginia’s children.
She said: “We don’t believe they have a right to it. The estate right should go to her children only.”
Virginia’s two eldest children, Christian, 19, and Noah, 18, who live with their dad, were previously appointed her estate administrators. She met their martial arts instructor dad in Thailand in 2002, on a trip paid for by Epstein.
He sent her to the country for professional massage training. Virginia married Robert 10 days after meeting and fled to Australia with him instead of returning to the pervert financier.
A court case has been scheduled in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in Perth on Friday (November 28) to begin untangling her estate.
She also owned four homes including a six-bedroom seafront mansion in Ocean Reef, Perth, and a ranch in the nearby town of Neergabby, where she died.
It comes after a YouGov poll found 75% of Brits reckon Ordinary Andy should be forced to give evidence to US authorities over his Epstein links. He denies any wrongdoing.
