Some people in life are blessed with the genetic lottery – meaning they’ve been born with the privilege of conventional attractiveness.
There was a time that, when young girls hit puberty, some hoped they would draw the straw that gives them naturally big boobs to match the celebs seen in magazines and on TV. It comes after Sydney Sweeney ‘broke the internet’ with her take on the ‘naked dress’ trend.
However, while the dream of having a large chest may have been a blessing, for some it became a curse. We take a look at the women who have some of the world’s biggest boobs – including those who have realised it’s not all that it’s racked up to be.
‘Biggest boobs in Britain’
Mum Melissa Ashcroft is thought to have the ‘biggest boobs in Britain’.
The 30-year-old, from Scotland, recently went viral after she shared how her chest pulls the strings on her life.
Melissa candidly shared that her huge 36M boobs leave her temporarily bedbound in the morning, as it takes her over an hour to get up due to the weight and pain.
She also revealed that she’s experienced severe back pain since hitting puberty and that she cannot even lift her eight-month-old daughter.
The mum first sought a breast reduction on the NHS 10 years ago – but was refused as they wanted her to have children and breastfeed first.
She willingly followed the advice, but has now been denied life-changing surgery due to her BMI exceeding 27.
However, Melissa admitted it’s too painful to exercise with her boobs.
Melissa, a stay-at-home mum from Blairgowrie, Scotland, said: “I think I’ve got some of the biggest boobs in Britain. I’m a size 36M.
“My back feels like I’m 70 years old.
“I don’t want to rely on the drugs they’ve given me for the pain as they make me dizzy. I can’t pick up my daughter, and that’s heartbreaking.”
Melissa’s boobs have long been an issue in her life. She recalled that she was bullied at school for first having a flat chest, then was teased when she hit puberty and happened to have large breasts.
People also accused her of having ‘fake boobs’. Though they are natural, Melissa is living a real nightmare.
She added: “One minute I was getting bullied for having a flat chest, then I’d get bullied saying I had tea towels down my bra. It wasn’t nice at school – it was every day.
“I’ve got a picture of me when I was 18, when I was a size 6 or an 8, and it looks like I paid to have these fake boobs.”
She’s now desperately trying to raise £8,000 for private surgery to relieve herself from her two and a half stone chest.
‘Happiest country’s largest baps’
The story is very different in the happiest country in the world, Finland.
Finnish model Sonja Kirstiina,35, is believed to have the biggest chest in her homeland, having spent more than £34,000 on her chest.
The poser, known as Mrs Ornament, is the owner of 2L breasts (2900cc), which is the equivalent of an N-cup.
She is able to balance a coffee mug on her cosmetically enhanced boobs and admits that she struggles to sleep since undergoing seven surgeries, with her first being at the age of 18.
But, she says, she couldn’t be happier. Sonja said: “When I was a young girl growing up in the ’90s, I was totally inspired by those glamorous women I saw on the covers of men’s magazines.
“I was like, ‘Wow, I want to look just as beautiful as them!’ That idea of beauty stuck with me throughout the years.”
She’s built up over a million followers across various social media platforms, where she regularly flaunts her assets.
Sonja is now determined to go even bigger.
‘World record holding rack’
Annie Hawkins-Turner holds the Guinness World Record for the largest natural boobs on the planet.
The fetish model, from Atlanta, Georgia, has managed to profit from her massive 102ZZZ boobs that weigh a staggering 30kg each and measure four and a half feet in length.
Annie, who goes by the name Norma Stitz, urged that her boobs are “all natural” and “still growing” to this very day.
Although her record-holding baps have helped build a successful career in the fetish market, Annie’s life is far from easy.
Her huge chest leaves her struggling to do everyday tasks. She would get crushed to death if she slept on her back, has to have sex on her side, can only drive a 4X4 car and has to be careful walking down stairs.
She admitted that people also “tease” her. Regardless, Annie sees herself as “blessed.”
Describing the difficulties she’s faced, Annie told This Morning back in 2011: “When I go out of my house, I have to think about what my day is going to be like and who is going to attack me today.
“Every day, someone teases me who doesn’t know me. They make fun of me and there’s no reason.
“I’m human like everybody else. I’m just blessed in different ways than other people.”
‘America’s most sizeable sweethearts’
Chelsea Charms claims to have the world record for the largest boobs in the world, natural or unnatural.
The adult star ,49, from the US, had her breasts enlarged with a procedure where polypropylene string is implanted into each breast – this is now an illegal practice.
During her last UK TV appearance back in 2011, Chelsea shared that her 3st boobs had grown to 164XXX. And they’ve most likely got a lot bigger.
That’s because the polypropylene material irritates the breast lining, creating a serum which enlarges the breasts, a process which could continue indefinitely.
Back in 2011, Chelsea told This Morning hosts that her breasts – named ‘Itsy’ and ‘Bitsy’ – were growing at a rate of one inch a month.
At the time, she said: “Most of the other girls who have had this procedure have stopped at some point so I’m just waiting for that to happen.”
Chelsea has kept out of the limelight since and it is believed she retired from the adult industry in 2020.
It was also reported that she underwent a breast reduction, citing health and mobility issues.
