Police appeared to carry Father Christmas through the streets during a Palestine Action protest over the weekend. A man dressed as Santa Claus was seen being dragged away from the demonstration, as he warned cops they were “going on the naughty list”.

Any watching children may have been shocked to see Saint Nick feel the strong arm of the law as the build-up to Christmas continues. But while he played up to the character, shouting “I’ve got presents to make”, we’re confident it wasn’t the actual Santa Claus as officers attended a protest in Norwich.

Cops arrested 10 people for holding placards in support of Palestine Action during the protest, reports the Eastern Daily Press. Many onlookers could be heard laughing and applauding as Santa was dragged away.

It didn’t dampen his Christmas spirit, as he could be heard saying, “Merry Christmas kids”, before adding: “These guys are going on the naughty list.”

Superintendent Terry Lordan said: “Our role as a police force is to prevent disorder, damage and disruption in the local community. Today, this involved arresting individuals who were committing offences under the Terrorism Act.

“The actions of this group were unlawful and officers have used their powers accordingly.”

Meanwhile, Artificial intelligence is ruining Christmas for kids as it gives a blunt answer to one of the most asked questions at this time of year. More and more parents are now getting furious with AI models as it leaves kids with more questions than answers.

Children have been turning to AI to ask all their burning questions about the holiday season. But now, AI is giving kids a dose of hard truth as it explained the true meaning of Christmas to young ones, in true Grinch style.

The New York Post revealed some parents were left horrified when their children came in, asking why AI was telling them that Santa was not real. One parent was left having to break her son’s heart when he came in begging to know why a Google search told him he was a fictional character.

Kelly Bowron was left giggling nervously when her 11-year-old son Leo was stunned to learn the jolly fat man who brings presents to every good kid was in fact an imaginary person. He was completely blindsided following a simple Google search on Father Christmas ‘ spending budget for his worldwide deliveries.

“There is no set amount Santa spends per child, as he is a fictional character,” the model told him. Recalling the moment, Kelly admitted her darling son was inconsolable.

“He screamed, ‘A fictional character?’” mum-of-two Kelly explained. “And I was shocked, laughing in disbelief, telling him, ‘No, no. Google doesn’t always tell the truth. I still believe in Santa. Don’t listen to Google.'”
