Everything you need to know about AI in Tinder’s fresh annual report
- Tinder just released their annual report – Tinder’s Year in Swipe – looking at all the trends from the past year, along with predictions for the dating world in 2026.
- The experts at the app found that 76% of users admitted they’d use AI in their dating journey.
- Tinder found that people are eager to use AI in order to promote their ‘best selves’.
- Most uses of AI include: date ideas (39%), selecting their best photos (28%) and providing bio prompts (28%).
- According to Tinder, young singles are looking to be more open and honest when dating next year. It seems that people are growing tired of ‘mixed signals’.
- Melissa Hobley, Chief Marketing Officer at Tinder, said: “We’ve all got enough going on and dating shouldn’t feel like another deadline. Singles are looking for a connection that feels easy, honest and a little bit fun. You can already see that energy in what’s shaping 2026 – singles are saying exactly what they want.”
