Police have launched an investigation after a man was allegedly sexually assaulted in broad daylight at a popular lake.
The victim was reportedly sitting by the water at the Gloucester Boating Lake, Gloucestershire, when he was approached by his alleged attacker. He was seated on a bench by the lake when the suspect, another man, sat down beside him between 12.50pm and 1.20pm on November 25.
The attacker is alleged to have winked at the victim, before making a sexualised comment and touching his thigh. Police said he then fled the scene after being asked to leave. The suspect is understood to have been wearing black trainers and dark clothing at the time of the alleged attack.
