England supporters might be compelled to fork out over £3,000 for a World Cup remaining ticket if Thomas Tuchel’s aspect make all of it the best way – as followers vent fury over ‘horrific’ costs

England fans will have to pay a minimum of £3,129 for a World Cup Final ticket should Thomas Tuchel’s side make it to the showcase fixture.

FIFA’s pricing brackets for the tournament, which is being held in the US, Mexico and Canada, have been revealed today to official fan groups of the countries involved.

And, in a highly prohibitive move, the cheapest ticket for any Three Lions fixture will cost around £135.

Should England get to the final, which is being held in New York, fans will have to pay more than £5,000 on tickets alone, without taking into consideration the cost of flights and hotels.

Tickets for group matches against Panama and Ghana, in New York and Boston start at £134. The opener with Croatia, on June 17 in Dallas, is more expensive at £200.

In the knockout stages, round of 32 and last 16 games start at £175 and £200.

However, the price rockets from the quarter-final stage, with tickets at £508 for the last eight and £687 for the semi.

Combined with the final at more than £3,000 and thousands are expected to be priced out of the competition.

‘It’s horrific,’ one member of the official England Supporters Club told Daily Mail Sport.

‘It cost me less than £500 for all my Euro 2024 tickets. If I was going to the World Cup and we got to the final it would cost me more than 10 times that. I just can’t afford it, and everyone I know is in the same boat.’
