Charlie Kirk’s alleged killer, Tyler Robinson, made a chilling confession about the shooting that rocked the world earlier this year. The accused further made an eerie reference to Kirk’s widow, Erika, in a private court exchange, according to a lip-reading expert.

According to Lip Reader Limited, Robinson has admitted to thinking about the fatal shooting “every day” in a secretive court conversation with his lawyer. The 22-year-old suspect appeared composed and even cracked a smile with his attorney during his first in-person court appearance in Provo, Utah, USA on Thursday (December 11).

In an off-mic exchange before the hearing, Robinson was caught by Lip Reader Limited allegedly telling his lawyer: “I think about the shooting daily.

“Every morning … all the time.” The analysis also claims Robinson brought up Kirk’s heartbroken wife, who is now left to raise their two young children alone, saying, “So, he had a wife…”, the New York Post reported.

Robinson reportedly also appeared to discuss his own mental state, admitting, “smoking a lot …

“Not sleeping at night … it’s driving me mental.” He added, “Unfortunately, it’s doing my head in.

“I’m not good for anything,” according to the lip reader. Wearing a plain blue shirt and argyle tie, Robinson seemed unfazed as he stood before Judge Tony Graf, who was expected to rule on whether media would be allowed in the courtroom and if parts of a previous phone hearing transcript should be made public, as per the New York Post.

The judge ultimately postponed his decision after more than two hours of private arguments, reportedly scheduling a new hearing for December 29. Robinson is facing charges of aggravated murder for the fatal shooting of Kirk on September 10, the Daily Star previously reported.

Additional charges include felony use of a firearm, obstruction of justice, witness tampering and committing a violent offence in the presence of a child.

Kirk was shot in the neck while delivering a speech at Utah Valley University – prosecutors are pushing for the death penalty.
