Jade Thirlwall looked unrecognisable as she transformed into The Grinch for her festive birthday party in yet another iconic look.

The singer, 32, who will celebrate her 33rd birthday on Boxing Day, was joined by a host of pals on Friday for a very festive bash in London at the so-called ‘Jadeville’.

Jade is well known for her brilliant costumes over the years, from dressing as a silver centaur and the JADE Bratz doll to recreating Lil’ Kim’s iconic purple jumpsuit look from the 1999 MTV VMAs.

And this year was no different as the former Little Mix star opted for a particularly festive look – which she co-ordinated with her Rizzle Kicks boyfriend Jordan Stephenson.

The couple were both painted green as they displayed their takes on a male and female Grinch – with Jade wearing a bright red latex bodysuit with white fur lining and the character’s iconic furry green nails.

She paired the bodysuit with red and white striped gloves and a pair of checked hotpants, as well as black fishnet tights and red latex and white fur platform knee-high boots.

Jade completed the look with a bright green wig split into baubled pigtails and had a Whoville style nose and eyelashes.

Meanwhile Jordan wore a full-body green fur costume paired with a ‘Ho Ho Ho’ Christmas tree jumper, a wreath crown, and brown cargo shorts.

Last year Jade dressed as a centaur and was covered in turquoise body paint with purple eye make-up for her party.

She added a semi sheer sequined body suit and fake horse legs to her look, posing in glittery hoove heels.

Meanwhile in 2023 Jade dressed as a Bratz doll for her early Noughties-themed birthday party.

She wore a plaid mini skirt with dramatic fur leg warmers as she channelled 2003’s Wintertime Wonderland edition doll – and carried a JADE bejewelled clutch, which had a doll hanging out the side of it.

The year before donned a bedazzled lilac jumpsuit with one sleeve and a half neckline, leaving only half of her chest concealed as she recreated Lil’ Kim’s look from the 1999 MTV VMAs.

It comes after Jade released her new single Church last week along with a quirky new music video based in a woods and graveyard.

She sent her fans wild with excitement last week, as she announced the deluxe edition of her debut album, That’s Showbiz Baby! The Encore.

And fans did not have to wait long until the former Little Mix star dropped her powerhouse track Church.

Jade looked sensational in the video as she dressed up as a bride in a long white gown and carried a large bouquet of red flowers.

In the opening scenes, the hitmaker cut a gothic figure in a dramatic black outfit with huge shoulder pads and dark eye makeup streaming down her face as she sang, ‘Pray for me like I would pray for you’.

Jade slipped into a bold black and yellow spotted off the shoulder dress as she was joined by transgender TikTok star Bel Priestley and designer Daniel Lismore.

As each of her pals faces flashed up on screen, she sang: ‘It’s hard enough to be alive. Might as well dance or die’.

Elsewhere in the video, Jade was stood in the middle of a cult circle with Daniel as a number of dancers broke out into quirky dance moves.

Jade (pictured left) donned the purple ensemble, which was almost identical to American rapper Lil Kim’s (right in 1999) and a single lilac seashell-shaped pastie over her exposed breast

The Angel Of My Dreams hitmaker slipped into a stylish cut out trench coat as she walked through a woodland while dancers signed autographs, were chased in a car by photographers and did their hair and makeup in a light up mirror.

Moving onto the chorus, she sang: ‘While the world burns, let me see you work. Down on your knees, let me be your church’.

Bringing the video to a close, Jade wowed in a shredded white paper dress and a huge dramatic horned head piece.

Her latest video was directed and co-written by Billy King and creative directed and co-written by Maximilian Raynor.

The deluxe album features 8 additional songs, 7 new tracks including the powerful ‘Church’ and the socially conscious anthem ‘This Is What We Dance For’.
