SPEEDY mare CARLTON AND CO (7.15, nap) can continue her red-hot form at Newcastle on Tuesday.

The six-year-old won easily over this track last month (second has won since) before being chinned at Chelmsford by All Too Beautiful who won again on Monday.

Carlton And Co drops back in trip but it is a stiff five furlongs at Gosforth Park and it should suit Mick and David Easterby’s beast in the Midnite, Building the Future of Betting Handicap.

BLUFFERONTHEBUS (5.45, nb) is another filly in fine form and she arrives on the back of a narrow victory over the course and distance last month for which she has only been riled 2lb in the weights.

That effort can be marked up as she was slowly away, raced keenly and then quickened well off a slow pace.

TEARDROPS (6.45, nb) is another in-form horse who could leave bookies weeping.

He is on a hat-trick after two wins over track and trip with blinkers seemingly helping to spark the progression.

The handicapper may not have caught up with him yet.

One more fancy at Newcastle is CALL GLORY (6.15) who is a tricky ride but is very well handicapped.

There has been plenty of rain and the ground could get pretty testing at the jumps cards.

BESPOKE TAILOR (2.00) ran a belter at Cheltenham and looks a solid bet in the novice hurdle at Wincanton. HOLD THE SERVE (1.30) should step up on his seasonal return.

At Catterick Gavin Cromwell sends two over from Ireland.

CAMAN ROCCO (2.15) and TOON TOWN (2.45) should be at home in the rain-softened conditions.

PASSING PLEASURE (1.15) was a decisive winner at Musselburgh eight days ago and makes a chasing debut.

The ground should not be a hindrance and an opening handicap mark of 100 could be fairly lenient.
