Fans and famous friends quickly rushed to the comments to share their congratulations.
Fellow Love Island star Shaughna Phillips gushed: ‘Congratulations to you both, he is perfect!’.
While Teddy Soares said: ‘Congratulations, such a blessing’ and Liam Reardon added: ‘Massive congratulations both’.
Back in July, they announced Jess was pregnant in a social media post.
They wrote in the caption: ‘We can’t wait to meet you! Our hearts are so full.’
Finn previously dated Paige Thurley and they went on to win the sixth series of Love Island, which aired in 2020.
Prior to appearing on the show, he was a semi-professional football player and has played for teams such as Oxford City and Milton Keynes Dons over the course of his career.
They broke up in 2023 after spending three years together.
Now fully settled into their relationship, the couple have moved into their dream Victorian home and are busy transforming it together.
In a recent update, Finn wrote: ‘Today we picked up the keys to our little Victorian home! We cannot wait to get started with the renovations and make it our own! We couldn’t be happier.’
Finn and his ex Paige were criticised last year after they rekindled their relationship after both taking part in MTV’s Ex On The Beach.
Ahead of the release of the reality show, Finn said in an interview that he and Paige were not back together however that could be to protect against spoilers for viewers.

Insiders have now said Finn was heard telling co-stars at the Celebrity Ex On The Beach launch that he and Paige were giving things another go as they ‘still want to be together’.
He said: ‘It feels longer than it has been since we broke up. Obviously the time we had together all I look back on it is it was a very very good time of my life. It was not my sole decision to end it and if it was up to me six months ago I think we would still be together. Yeah we will see.
Paige added: ‘There wasn’t really a reason we never had the conversation that we were over.’
Finn replied: ‘Sometime I feel like he struggles to communicate with me and I’m glad to see him but I don’t want to go back to that place where I feel half of something.’
A source told The Sun: ‘Finn was overheard chatting to pals at the Celebrity Ex On The Beach launch earlier this week, where he told them he and Paige are giving things another go.
‘The truth is, neither of them properly moved on after their split and they realised while filming the MTV reality show that there were still a lot of feelings there.
‘After filming wrapped, they had a big heart to heart and decided they still wanted to be together. They’re taking it slowly, as they obviously had issues before splitting, but they’re committed to making it work this time.’
