Victoria Beckham refused to help her son Brooklyn save displaced dogs during the devastating LA wildfires, he has sensationally claimed.

Posh and Becks’ eldest son, 26, said it was “the one time” his wife Nicola Peltz had asked his mother for support in a bombshell attack on his parents shared on social media on Monday night.

And he said her refusal to help undermines the wholesome family image his parents portray in public. Nearly 1,000 stray pets were rescued during last year’s wildfires that ravaged Los Angeles.

At the time, Brooklyn shared pictures of the horror aftermath, which were taken from his $3.8million gaff he shares with Nicola.

In a scathing rant on Instagram, Brooklyn said on Monday: “My family values public promotion and endorsement above all else. Brand Beckham comes first.

“Family ‘love’ is decided by how much you post on social media, or how quickly you drop everything to show up and pose for a family photo opp, even it it’s at the expense of our professional obligations.

“We’ve gone out of our way for years to show up and support at every fashion show, every party, and every press activity to show ‘our perfect family’.

“But the one time my wife asked for my mum’s support to save displaced dogs during the LA fires, my mum refused. The narrative my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life.”

More than 10,000 buildings were burnt to the ground in the horror last January, which left hundreds of pet owners unable to locate their animals. Strays were held at the Pasadena Humane Society for 30 days and then placed for adoption.

Brooklyn’s wife Nicola is a renowned dog lover and the couple have set up an Instagram page dedicated to their pooches. In a birthday message last year, Brooklyn listed her “love for dogs” as one of the many things he loves about his wife.

The blistering attack came after months of feuding, which saw Brooklyn block his parents on social media and inform them they can only contact him through his lawyers.

In an extraordinary development on Monday night, he shared a lengthy statement on his Instagram stories telling his 16million followers he does “not want to reconcile” with his family, and accused his parents of “controlling” the narrative.

He went on: “I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared. I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose, and have found peace and relief.”
