Tottenham are among the clubs to have considered a move for West Ham’s Crysencio Summerville.
Dutch winger Summerville, who was signed by the Hammers from Leeds for £25million in the summer of 2024, scored the opener in a 2-1 win for Nuno Espirito Santo’s team at Spurs on Saturday.
He has extreme pace and technical trickery, and Thomas Frank is exploring options for his problem position on the left of the front line since Son Heung-min’s exit for the United States.
If Spurs can find a solution, they would have scope to grant Mathys Tel his wish to leave on loan.

Tel joined Spurs on loan from Bayern Munich last January and made his move permanent in the summer but wants out after being dropped this week from the Champions League squad for the second time this season.
There is interest from Paris FC to take Tel on loan and the move appeals to the 20-year-old Parisien who came through the academy at Rennes as a chance to make a late run for the France squad at the World Cup year.
Summerville is 24 years old and a former Dutch U21 international. He joined Leeds from Feyenoord in 2020 and was prolific in 2023-24, with 19 goals and nine assists to win the EFL Championship Player of the Season.
He has flickered in a poor season for West Ham and scored in each of his last two appearances. Nuno is not keen for him to leave as he fights relegation but looking at ways to strengthen the squad as he fights relegation.
