Boy, 15, pleads responsible to homicide of Leo Ross, 12, who was stabbed strolling residence from faculty

A 15-year-old boy has pleaded guilty at Birmingham Crown Court today (January 29) to the murder of 12-year-old Leo Ross in a knife attack as he walked home from school.

He was on his 10-minute journey home when he was attacked with a knife. Leo was fatally stabbed in the stomach at The Shire Country Park in Hall Green on January 21 last year.

The 15-year-old boy, who was then aged 14 at the time, was arrested and charged over his murder. The teenager cannot be named for legal reasons.
