Dancer ‘beheaded boyfriend’ after courting for simply ‘2 months’ earlier than fleeing overseas

An adult was accused of a horrific crime before being extradited. The exotic performer has been arrested after she allegedly beheaded her boyfriend following just two months of dating.

Enrique Gonzalez-Carbajal, 55, was discovered with his head severed inside his girlfriend Alyssa Marie Lira’s apartment, in Anaheim, California, USA on August 25. Officers swiftly identified Lira, 23, as the prime suspect but were unable to locate her after she allegedly escaped to Mexico.

Police confirmed the woman, who had been employed as a stripper at the time of her boyfriend’s killing, had been extradited from Mexico and will face one count of murder with a felony enhancement for using a weapon.

The couple met whilst Lira was employed as an exotic dancer at a local California strip club, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. They began a relationship but Enrique was discovered dead merely two months afterwards.

Authorities said they enlisted the assistance of the FBI and Mexican officials to hunt down the suspect, who was apprehended on January 22. Lira was transferred to Orange County authorities the following day, at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, reports the Mirror.

Officials declined to reveal whereabouts in Mexico the 23 year old was located. A motive behind the fatal assault has not been disclosed by prosecutors.

Lira could face up to 26 years imprisonment if she is convicted of her charges. The suspect is due to be arraigned on February 13.

The 23 year old is being detained at the Orange County Jail without bail and she will be arraigned at the North Justice Centre in Department, in Fullerton. District Attorney Todd Spitzer declared in a statement: “Nothing – not time, not distance nor foreign borders – will thwart our pursuit of justice, and Orange County law enforcement will continue to go to the very ends of the Earth to carry out our mission and hold criminals accountable for the heinous acts they commit.”

He added: “This investigation and prosecution are a testament to the tenacity and the dedication of the Anaheim Police Department, of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, and of our federal and international partners to identify a cold-blooded killer, track her down in a foreign country, and bring her back to the United States to face the full weight of the law.”

This follows shocking allegations that a father brutally slayed his four children before concealing their remains in a car boot whilst entertaining dates at his home. Wellington Delano Dickens III was arrested on October 28 and hit with four counts of first degree murder.

The 38-year-old father reportedly contacted police and confessed to investigators that whilst he hadn’t tortured his youngsters, he had “over-punished” them. Officers arrived at the North Carolina property and discovered the lifeless bodies of four young children stashed in the rear of his motor.

Authorities also allege the father was hosting individuals he’d connected with via the Grindr dating platform after allegedly killing his offspring.
