Alisha Lehmann posted an eye-catching workout video with her Love Island non-league football star boyfriend as she showed off her skills in high heels
Alisha Lehmann showed off her football skills in high heels during an eye-catching workout video with her non-league star boyfriend.
Lehmann, 27, has started the new year off with new beginnings as she completed a return to the WSL, joining Leicester City from Italian side Como. And she’s also found love with former Love Islander and Folkestone Invicta wing-back Montel McKenzie.
The Swiss star went public with her romance with the wideman last month as he appeared in a collection of pictures celebrating her 2025 memories. McKenzie also dedicated an Instagram post to Lehmann as they jetted off for her birthday together.

Since Lehmann’s switch to Leicester, the two have continued to spend more time with each other and the two shared a playful workout. Lehmann posted a compilation of clips to her 16million followers as the two lovingly joked around together.
Lehmann first attempted to complete a push-up with McKenzie on her back, but was unable to lift one of the stars of her MVPs Baller League team. But her lover showed his strength as he lifted her on his shoulders and caught her as she jumped up at him.
The two footballers continued to show off their tricks in the living room, with Lehmann impressively doing so in high heels.
Lehmann is now back in the UK too with Leicester Women after she met McKenzie at Baller League.
A source told The Sun: “It hasn’t been much of a secret within the Baller League set up. They hit it off straight away have been going on dates afterwards.
“Alisha has been flying him to her Como apartment for sneaky weekend breaks for a while now, I don’t think Montel could believe his luck.
“Everyone is really happy for them, although initially everyone thought it was going to be just a casual thing.”
It appears the extra practice at home is paying off for McKenzie too. In Invicta’s first game since his relationship with the world’s most followed female footballer went public.
The 28-year-old scored and was named Player of the Match in a 4-0 win over Wingate & Finchley for the Isthmian Premier League table toppers.
