Lewis Hamilton was linked with Kendall Jenner before he started dating Kim Kardashian.
Reality star Kim and the F1 legend have reportedly started dating, and it’s said they spent a “very romantic” weekend together at the super-posh Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire. It’s estimated their top-secret stay in the Cotswolds would have cost them north of £120k.
Lewis, 41, was romantically linked to the Kardashians years before his date with Kim, 45. That’s because he sparked romance rumours with her younger sister Kendall Jenner back in 2015.
She was seen wearing his gold chain during the Monaco Grand Prix in Monte Carlo. But Lewis shut down the rumours when asked about it in an interview.
He told E! News: “Me and Kendall have been friends for a while, so we’re just friends.” Praising the model, who is 11 years his junior, he added: “She’s doing incredible.“She’s very focused, very level-headed, and she’s just — for such a young woman, she’s very grown up.”Kim is said to have flown in from Los Angeles on her £100m private jet to spend the night with Lewis at the Grade-II listed Estelle Manor, which sits on an 85-acre estate in the Cotswolds. The luxury country house hotel and private members’ club reportedly costs around £1k-a-night.
Kim landed at Oxford Airport on Saturday afternoon and had hired two cars to ferry her (and her eight bags) around. She was joined by bodyguards, one of which was spotted carrying her huge 50cm-high Birkin bag, which costs around £76k.Lewis flew in on a helicopter, chartered from London’s Battersea Heliport, a trip which reportedly cost around £5k. He also had a close protection officer with him at all times.
A source told The Sun: “Kim is a billionaire and Lewis has a multi-million pound fortune – so this date was like a drop in the ocean for them.“But for mere mortals, the cash they splashed for this date is extravagant. To charter her jet, Kim is looking at around £90,000. Then you’ve got Lewis’s chopper, the private cars and the hotel itself.”The source added: “Estelle Manor is frequented by the rich and famous. To close off facilities to other guests would have come at a big cost. Kim and Lewis also ate in a private room, they would have only been served the best food with exceptional service.“This, along with the spa, would have cost thousands. The whole date would have easily been £120,000. It’s like money that working people could never imagine. But if you’ve got it – why not spend it?”
