A woman who was jailed for sharing explicit photos of her father’s mistress online has reportedly been sent back to jail. Eleanor Brown, 26, uploaded the nude images onto an escort website in a revenge plot against the woman who nearly wrecked her parents’ marriage, according to the Daily Mail.

Brown of Morley, West Yorkshire is said to have posted the pictures while intoxicated, egged on by her mother and sister. She was initially handed a three-year prison sentence in October 2024, which was later reduced to two years on appeal.

The spiteful scheme not only landed Brown behind bars but also cost her job. She posted the graphic images and crafted an advert on Viva Street, even including the woman’s husband’s phone number, leading to him being inundated with calls.

His Honour Judge Menary characterised Brown’s actions as “vengeful and vindictive”, sentencing her to three years in prison. However, she was released early last year under licence, complete with an electronic tag, reports Yorkshire Live.

Now, it appears she has been recalled to prison. A Ministry of Justice source confirmed to the Daily Mail that she returned last month, although the reasons remain unclear.

In a previous interview with the Sun, Brown admitted: “I now realise how terrifying it must have been for the woman, but I was never on a mission to cause maximum harm. I was just poking fun and I ended up in prison.”

Despite this, she has regularly shared updates about her life in prison on social media, defiantly stating in one video: “I’m not sorry and never will be sorry.”

Eleanor has subsequently shared updates on her social media regarding her return to custody, though it remains unclear how she maintains access to her account. She wrote on her Instagram: “They will not facilitate contact with my mum because of what I have been recalled for, she needs to tell a solicitor.

“They won’t authorise her pin, they won’t let me have any contact with her. I have been told this, I also cannot get a legal call until tomorrow…please tell her asap. She needs to go to press with this. They won’t let me have contact with outside world! ! ! ! What the f***.”

The relationship between her father and his lover came to light when Eleanor was merely 14, though the fraudulent escort profile wasn’t established until 12 years afterwards when her mother forwarded photographs of the woman who nearly wrecked her marriage.

Eleanor subsequently set up the profile advertising services from £5, resulting in the woman’s mobile being flooded with enquiries. Eleanor completed half of her term before gaining her freedom.

She reflected: “If I could turn the clocks back the only thing I’d do differently is put my phone in the bin. I would just bin the phone, that phone has got me in so much trouble.

“But I am not remorseful. I do not hold any remorse in my body. I wouldn’t do it again – your nudes are all safe – but I am definitely not remorseful.”
